SOUTH BARRINGTON, IL (June 3. 2008) – Pinstripes, Inc a unique bowling, bocce, bistro concept announces the Fall 2008 opening of a second location at the new lifestyle center, The Arboretum of South Barrington, in Chicago’s Northwest Suburbs. The Company commenced construction on April 1 and today is hosting an official ‘groundbreaking’ ceremony for its newest location.

Pinstripes is re-defining the entertainment and dining experience, introducing a higher level of “sophisticated fun” by marrying American and Italian recreation and cuisine. Its 52,000 square-foot space will feature indoor/outdoor entertainment and dining set in a comfortable and inviting environment, featuring 20 bowling lanes, 10 bocce courts, an Italian/American bistro, wine cellar, event space accommodating 20 – 700 people and an outdoor patio and fireplace. Pinstripes opened its flagship location in May 2007 in Northbrook, Illinois, and has had great success in offering a unique dining and entertaining experience.
