Once you have selected your package, you will receive a contract. After reviewing the contract and terms, you will electronically sign and return along with a credit card authorization form. Full payment is due at the conclusion of the Event by credit card.

A minimum of 10 kids is required on the package.

While keeping the event minimum (10 guests) in mind, we recommend booking for a lower number initially. Your final guaranteed guest count is due 14 days before your event. Please note, you may not reduce your count by more than 10% from your originally contracted number.

Yes, Pinstripes requires one person, who is at least 18 years of age, for every 8 minors.

Our packages are available for kids up to 17 years old. While younger children are welcome, we do not recommend bowling for kids under 4 years of age.

Adults who are not included in the package are welcome to reserve additional lanes. The adult guests have the option to either pre-order food ahead of time or order when they arrive. Please note that there is limited space available on the lanes for guests not included in the package. If you anticipate having more guests beyond those included in the package, we recommend consulting with your Event Specialist to discuss arrangements to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Our Bowling Birthday Package parties take place on our bowling lanes. If you have interest in booking a more private space, our Event Specialists can assist.

Yes, you can bring in a cake, however it must be store-bought or bakery made. We also offer delicious dessert choices that can be added to your birthday package. Pinstripes will provide small plates, forks, and napkins for your convenience. Candles are not provided. For cakes, a $25 flat fee will apply if Pinstripes staff are requested to cut and serve the cake.

Pinstripes does not provide decorations. However, you are welcome to bring your own! Please, no confetti, glitter, silly string, or candles (other than for the cake). No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items may be used on walls, wood, or other fine surfaces.

We are a full-service restaurant, so we do not allow outside food or beverage. If there are specific menu needs or dietary restrictions, please contact your Event Specialist to discuss the options available.

A server is assigned to your event and will be available to assist you and your guests throughout your party.

Birthday parties are booked for 2 hours on the lanes. If you'd like, you can move to the restaurant area following this time.

Pinstripes allows up to 8 guests per lane.

Yes, Pinstripes offers ramps, bumpers and the lightest bowling ball is 6 lbs., suitable for kids ages 4 and older.

If bowling shoes are required, socks will also be required. Your Event Specialist will provide you with more details.

While we do not allow outside food and beverage, you can connect with your Event Specialist to see what options are available.

Pinstripes offers A/V capabilities for events in private spaces, but this is not available for events taking place on the lanes.

If you need to make changes to your event after it's confirmed, simply contact your Event Specialist listed on your contract via phone or email. They'll be happy to assist you with any updates or adjustments.

We recommend that you and your guests arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in. If you're running late, please contact the venue. Your event space will start and end at the times specified in your contract. However, if availability permits, we may be able to extend your time, though additional fees will apply.

All events are non-refundable. Complete details on the cancellation can be provided by your Event Specialist and will be outlined under the Terms of the Contract.

Pinstripes does not offer invitations at this time.

Absolutely! Please coordinate with your Event Specialist to ensure there is adequate space and to determine the best location for the gift table. Depending on the timing of your event and available space, you may want to consider opening gifts after the party.

We recommend confirming your event space in advance for the desired duration, as there is often another group scheduled after your event. If you do wish to extend your time on-site and the space is available, our management team will do their best to accommodate you and will apply the additional fee for the extended time.
